Take a look here. I must say so far so good. The Software looks very promising and seems to be stable including all the necessary features (preview, insert options, support for multiple blogging plattforms, etc) . Two minor glitches with the installation routine:
- Administration rights are needed for installation. Why?
- Proxy settings are automatically taken from MS Inet Explorer. Why?
