You can’t do the same things that other people are doing and expect to outperform. When you do what everyone else does you’re going to get the same results everyone else gets.

It’s not enough to be different — you also need to be correct.

The ability to risk looking like an idiot is necessary for being different. You never look like a fool if you look like everyone else.

Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are…the true test of a man’s character is what he does when no one is watching.

That’s the problem with wisdom, you can get it, but you cannot share it.
