Simple select some folders and get quick overview of all the attachments. Filters like document type, keywords, etc. for further drill down. Bulk attachment saving meachnism for several emails. Overview who send which files…

Xobni hilft ein bisschen. Aber eben nur auf Basis von Kontakten ("Overview who sind [sic!] which files"). Nicht Ordnern. Es scheitert allerdings auch schon daran, dass man in Outlook nur einen Ordner auswählen kann. Nicht mehrere. Zumindest im Outlook meines Arbeitgebers.
Startup Idee? 🙂 Informations/Knowledge Management ist ein Thema was man nicht unterschätzen darf. Wieviel Zeit man damit verbringt Infos aufzuspüren.
hm. Google leistet doch eigentlich ganz gute Arbeit?! Und lokal halt Spotlight. Achnee, Du hast ja Windows… selbst schuld. Apropos: Da das neue Outlook auf dem Mac für Spotlight optimiert sein wird und das neue Office angeblich auch wieder VBA unterstützt (in welchem Umfang muss man mal sehen), ließe sich Deine Anforderung damit vmtl. sehr leicht umsetzen.
